SIGNS OF SANTA — AND HIS NEW TEAM

Dec. 25, 2024 - Reports continue to pour in today from around the globe. Hundreds of our readers have emailed and phoned to tell us they’ve seen – and heard – signs of Santa and his new team.

Charles Meade sent photos of the giant hoofprints he found outside his home in Anguilla. “Way too big for reindeer,” he commented.

Reader Nicholas Gifford and his friend, both of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, spied the faint outline of Santa’s sleigh against the crescent moon last night and both are certain it was horses they saw silhouetted there, not reindeer. “Definitely horses,” they both agreed.

Megan Disbrow, well-known figure behind the counter at The Corner Store in Frenchtown, NJ, USA, found horse manure on her front lawn early Christmas morning. “I’ve seen reindeer scat and I’ve seen horse poop. This was horse poop,” she assured our reporter, “and I don’t have any horses.”

Stephen McKillop also reported finding horse poop – in the hallway of his apartment in Tokyo, Japan.

Andy Buyers of Deep River, Ontario, Canada, was awakened by a whinny in the middle of the night. “I thought I was dreaming,” he related to us, “because it sounded like it was coming from the roof. When I went downstairs, right afterward, I found presents under the tree.”

Just a few weeks ago, The Holiday Times broke the news that Claus & Company was rumored to be considering the possibility of incorporating horses into their delivery team, which has, historically, been an all-reindeer fleet. This rumor was subsequently verified as true by Santa’s own spokes-Elf, Winky Gimbel.

Last night, we released footage, captured on the security camera at Frenchtown Riding Club in Frenchtown, NJ, USA, and verified by Frenchtown Riding Club’s Manager of Lessons and Training, of Santa collecting horses to pull his sleigh.

The Holiday Times will continue to update this story as it unfolds.
